By becoming a Pay it Forward Champion you have the ability to change many lives in your local community. The idea is to champion the cause in your suburb, inspiring others to Pay it Forward. As a champion, you can do the following:

• Spread the word via email, facebook, twitter, linked in, my space or just by talking to people. The more people that are made aware of the initiative, the more people can participate in brightening someone else’s day.

• Notify local schools, businesses and government organizations. In the USA, many states have championed the cause with the local mayor and as a result over 6 state proclamations of Pay it Forward Day has occurred.

• Print out some leaflets and cards and distribute to others

• Start your own Pay it Forward Day activity with the help of others if required.

• Notify newspapers, magazines, radio and television stations about Pay it Forward day and possibly running a story to inspire some more great deeds in the community.
